Tone Set for End of Season
BSL swimmers went into the NAC Summer Sizzler recently with a chance to size up some of the best competition in the country. The team as a whole stepped up to the plate and set the tone for the end of the season championship meets. The meet featured teams from Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Indiana, South Dakota, Texas, Oregon, Iowa, Massachusetts, Illinois, Georgia, Ohio, and Mississippi. Fighting through the almost 1,000 swimmers to score at the meet were Emily Allen, Katrina Chapman, Mary Beth Duckett, Katelyn Duke, Will Freeman, Daniel Hess, Corey Holmes, Raymond Ludwig, Madeline Pitt, Genny Pittman, and Andrew Reeves. For those that want to see most of these swimmers finals swims, they can be found on floswimming.com, who provided video coverage of the meet. The following swimmers also performed well, each reaching a new BSL Stepping Stone time:
